Each summer, Grace Lutheran Church opens its doors to kids in our church body and community for a week of faith, fun, and friendship. This year we’re heading to Emerald Crossing — An Irish Adventure Through Psalm 23. Whether your family has been with us for years or you’re joining us for the first time, every child is welcome here.

Here’s What To Expect

Each day of Emerald Crossing VBS will be packed with Bible stories, music, crafts, games, and new friendships — all centered on the journey through Psalm 23. Here’s a taste of what your kids will experience!


Engaging Bible Stories

Each day, children will dive into captivating Bible stories that bring the Scriptures to life. Our dynamic storytellers and interactive lessons will help them understand and apply these timeless truths.


Fun Activities

From arts and crafts to games and music, our VBS is packed with exciting activities that reinforce the day's lesson. Kids will have a blast while learning important biblical principles.


Music & Worship

Sing, dance, and worship with us! Our VBS includes lively music sessions where kids can express their faith through song and movement. It's a joyful celebration that brings everyone together.


And Of Course, Snacks

We know that learning and playing can work up an appetite! We'll provide delicious snacks each day to keep everyone energized and ready for the next adventure.

  • Who can attend VBS?

    Our VBS is open to children ages 3-5th grade. We welcome kids from our church community and beyond.

  • Is there a cost to attend?

    VBS is free of charge. Donations are welcome to support our programs.

  • What should my child bring?

    Nothing! Just bring yourself and a smile. All materials are provided.

  • How can I help out?

    We’d love to have you help out! Reach out to frieda@visitgrace.org to learn about volunteer opportunities.

  • Is your church accessible?

    We have made sure that our building is accessible for people of all different abilities. We have ramps for wheelchairs, braille signs for the visually impaired, and sign language alongside the service for the hearing impaired. Yes! Our building is accessible and includes an elevator. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us at frieda@visitgrace.org.

  • What denomination is the church affiliated with?

    Grace Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). All are welcome to attend VBS regardless of background or church membership!
