We offer a unique, child-appropriate setting during each worship experience, as well as other opportunities during the week.

Sunday School

Occurs during the 9:30 am service in the Children’s wing. Everyone gathers in the Fellowship Hall to sing together before the students go to their individual grades for a brief lesson. The High School and Middle School groups meet upstairs in the Youth Room for their Bible Study at the same time.

Church

At the 8:00 am service, before the sermon, the children are invited to the front of the sanctuary to receive a children’s message by the Pastor.

During the 11:00 am service, the children (age 4 – 3rd grade) are dismissed to the back of the Church before the message. They are led to the Fellowship Hall to hear an age appropriate message from a Pastor or volunteer. They are escorted back during the offering to sit back with their parents.

Joy Groups

During the Wednesday night service, we have Joy Groups (K – 5th grades) from 6:30 – 7:30pm. This is a group that studies the Bible and learns about the promises of God in a fun and age-appropriate way. It meets in the Fellowship Hall.

Choirs

  • Joy-full Noise – 3rd-8th graders practice Wednesdays from 6:00-6:30pm
  • Joy-full Noise Too – K-2nd graders practice Wednesday from 5:00-5:30-pm

Preschool Reading Hour

Meets in the Fellowship Hall the 2nd Monday of the month at 9:30, winter & spring. Parents and preschoolers come to a relaxed session while an adult reads two stories. Children are encouraged to sit, but it is understood that they are not always able to sit still. A related craft is also introduced to reinforce the story.
